We have been renting to students, travel nurses and summer interns since 2005. Our specialty is large houses perfect for college teams, travel nurses and groups of friends. All bedrooms have individual locks plus a master key in case of lockouts. All houses are located 1 mile from Utica University and close to WYNN Hospital. Most houses are duplexes with 2 complete kitchens and 2 bathrooms. All include laundry and off-street parking plus snow removal and lawn care.
